The EHG Management team is made up of a group of experienced, talented and dedicated professionals, ready for any challenge, large or small. And, yes, they are known to do it with hardhats on…. and sleeves rolled up.
Holding a BS in Business Administration from NC Wesleyan College and a MBA from Elon University, BJ brings over 30 years of performance-driven experience in the industry. He started in the asbestos abatement industry in 1987 and later diversified into consulting and training in all aspects of EHG’s current service lines. Prior to EHG, BJ served as Vice President for a regional consulting company and then for one of the nation’s largest abatement contractors. BJ is an active member in ACAC, CFMA, ABC, IAQA, the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and National Demolition Association. BJ has served as a past president for the Environmental Information Association (EIA) and currently heads the EIA Scholarship Foundation. During his leisure time BJ enjoys traveling, boating, doing CrossFit and Mountain biking.

Graduating from East Carolina University in 1995, with a BS in Industrial Hygiene, Brian Sanders has worked in the environmental field his entire professional life. Prior to joining EHG, he served as an inspector with the NC Department of Labor. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of safety and compliance, including industrial hygiene. He directs the day-to-day operations of field units, including estimators/project managers, implementing value-conscious plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives and maximum operating results. Brian is an active member with NDA, NADCA, CFMA, ABC, AGC and CMAA. Brian also served on the board of the Environmental Information Association (EIA). Brian is also on the Board of Trustees with the Millbrook United Methodist Church and associated with the Me Fine Foundation and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. During his free time Brian enjoys spending time with his family doing various sporting activities, doing CrossFit and golfing.

Larry has been with EHG since 2006. Graduating from NC State with a BS in Biology, Larry has over nine years’ experience in consulting and occupational safety related services and over 11 years’ experience in environmental and demolition services. As the Mid-Atlantic Branch Manager, Larry oversees projects managed out of the Raleigh office. Larry maintains positive financial positions, monitoring value-driven cost analysis activities. Larry is an active member in Carolinas EIA, IAQA, ASSE and AIHA and handles all local public relations in the area. During his free time Larry enjoys hunting and fishing.

Jonathan joined the EHG team in 2005. Jonathan brings experience generated from project management representing heavy industry, hospital and education facilities. His responsibilities include the estimating and project management of our services within the Atlanta market. Jonathan maintains an effective business development program, securing new projects on a regular basis. He also develops organizational programs, policies, standards and procedures and monitors the quality and safety of all equipment, facilities and assets. During his free time Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and cooking on his Green Egg.
Chaffee Village – Ft. Hood, TX
Miguel draws on over 30 years’ experience in environmental, health and safety issues from both industrial and consulting points of view. He manages EHG’s corporate safety program, assessing training needs, developing task-specific training and conducting safety assessments. Serving as chairman of the EHG Safety Council, Miguel administers monthly safety meetings and quarterly safety training courses.
Duke University / Perkins Library – Durham, NC
An Alumni from North Carolina State University, Zac has over 15 years of progressive structural engineering experience and holds active engineering registrations throughout the southeast. His engineering experience and consulting background has been focused heavily on structural demolition, owner’s representation, and risk management within the demolition industry. Zac leads EHG’s demolition operations and is responsible or equipment, demolition sequencing, and research and development of new technologies. Zac is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering Association. In his leisure time, Zac is an automotive enthusiast and enjoys traveling and camping.
