The EHG Management team is made up of a group of experienced, talented and dedicated professionals, ready for any challenge, large or small. And, yes, they are known to do it with hardhats on…. and sleeves rolled up.
Holding a BS in business administration from NC Wesleyan College and a MBA from Elon University, Mr. Fungaroli brings over 15 years of performance-driven experience in the remediation industry. He started in the asbestos abatement industry in 1988 and later diversified into consulting and training in all aspects of EHG’s current service lines. Prior to EHG, BJ served as Vice President for a regional consulting company and then for one of the nation’s largest abatement contractors.
Senior Vice President/Member
Graduating from East Carolina University in 1995, with a BS in Industrial Hygiene, Mr. Sanders has worked in the environmental field his entire professional life. Prior to joining EHG, he served as an inspector with the NC Department of Labor. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of safety and compliance, including industrial hygiene. He directs the day-to-day operations of field units, including estimators/project managers, implementing value-conscious plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives and maximum operating results.
Raleigh Branch Manager/ Vice President
Manager of Safety & Health, Larry, graduating from NC State with a BS in Biology, he has over eight years’ experience in consulting and occupational safety related services. As Raleigh Branch Manager, Larry oversees projects managed out of the Raleigh office. He coordinates onsite safety compliance inspections, as well as safety and health programs. Larry maintains positive financial positions, monitoring value-driven cost analysis activities. He is an active member in Carolinas EIA, IAQA, ASSE and AIHA and handles all local public relations in the area.
Atlanta Branch Manager/ Vice President
Jonathan joined EHG after five years on the consulting end of the remediation industry. Jonathan brings experience generated from project management representing heavy industry, hospital and education facilities. His responsibilities include the estimating and project management of our services within the Atlanta Market. Jonathan maintains an effective business development program, securing new projects on a regular basis. He also develops organizational programs, policies, standards and procedures and monitors the quality and safety of all equipment, facilities and assets.
Charlotte Branch Manager
Mike draws on over 20 years’ experience in the demolition and remediation industry. He has overseen projects involving building decontamination, hazardous materials abatement, selective interior demolition, structural demolition and more. Mike takes a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality performance and successful completion of every project.
Corporate Safety Manager
Miguel draws on over 30 years’ experience in environmental, health and safety issues from both industrial and consulting points of view. He manages EHG’s corporate safety program, assessing training needs, developing task-specific training and conducting safety assessments. Serving as chairman of the EHG Safety Council, Miguel administers monthly safety meetings and quarterly safety training courses.
Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Rick brings several years of experience to EHG as a financial executive in the construction industry. He is a CPA currently licensed in both North Carolina and Florida. His background not only includes a vast knowledge in Accounting and Finance but has crossed over extensively into Human Resources, Risk Management, Benefit Administration, and IT. Throughout his career Rick has managed financing activities through conventional means as well as private equity and public funding.
Director of Demolition/Structural Engineer/Vice President
An Alumni from North Carolina State University, Zac has over 15 years of progressive structural engineering experience and holds active engineering registrations throughout the southeast. His engineering experience and consulting background has been focused heavily on structural demolition, owner’s representation, and risk management within the demolition industry. Zac leads EHG’s demolition operations and is responsible or equipment, demolition sequencing, and research and development of new technologies.
